Participants will develop understandings of the following:
Connecting Content Standards with Career Readiness Skills
Creating CTE-based Maker Learning Stations to promote inclusion of all learners and independent learning
Participants will leave with access to templates and links to develop their own CTE-based Learning Stations in their classroom

For the Poster or Playground Station Format:
Participants will be able to view a slide show showing students working at MakerSpace CTE stations in different learning environments and content
The following posters will be viewable on the bulletin board:
QR code for resources for a station template to use to design Makerspace CTE Stations will be displayed.
The Template design and resources used to create the templates
I will be available for questions and comments
If chosen as a Turbo Talk:
Participants will view a narrated presentation sharing how to use classroom content standards to create CTE-style Learning Stations in their classroom to promote independent learning to apply classroom content while learning practicing and learning career skills and strategies.
For both the Poster, Playground Station or Turbo Talk formats-
Purpose-to share ways to integrate Makerspace ideas and classroom stations to create Independent Learning Spaces to apply classroom learning and work-based skills and strategies that creatively engage classroom learners using your Content Standards and learning objectives.
