From Bright Spots to Breakthroughs: Leading Transformational Learning

Transformational learning doesn't happen by chance, and it doesn't happen through strategy alone. It happens when leaders deliberately build the conditions that make it possible. Through the journeys of three leaders in the ISTE+ASCD Instructional Leader Certification Program, participants will explore how trust, evaluative thinking, and aligned systems make transformational learning possible. This session challenges leaders to ask not only, "Are we implementing well?" but also, "Have we created the conditions for transformational learning to thrive?"
