Pricing

Booth sizes start at 10’ x 10’ and increase in 10’ increments.

Prebooked at 2023 Conference: $2,600 per 10' x 10' space

Standard rate: $2,700 per 10' x 10' space

Corner fee: $200 per corner

The rate for larger booths is calculated as a multiple of the 10’ x 10’ rate. A minimum 50% deposit is due at the time of application, with final payments due no later than January 26th, 2024.

Booth reservation includes:

• 10' x 10' booth space
• 7” x 44” identification sign with company name and booth number
• Pipe railing, 8’ curtain backwall and 3’ high curtain side rails
• Four complimentary booth personnel badges (per 10' x 10' booth space). These passes give you access to the Exhibit Show, Welcome Reception, and all sessions, including General Sessions.
• Exhibiting sponsors may receive additional passes as part of their sponsorship.
• One basic online company listing and one listing in the mobile app

Please note: Booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, booth furnishings, tables, chairs, electrical supplies, carpet, individual booth cleaning, lead retrieval or any other special services orders by the exhibitor.
