Event Information
This session will empower school leaders to use the design thinking process to interrogate and make recommendations to solve challenges related to two current national trends – the teacher shortage and the achievement gap.
We’ve seen countless reports on the chronic adverse impact in these two areas, however, there is rarely time for education leaders to strategize about how to solve them. During this session, school leaders will mobilize to develop strategies to solve some of the nation's most pressing educational issues.
Audience:
This session is appropriate for school and district leaders.
Participants will:
Learn how to apply the design thinking process to address national education trends.
Develop a proposal to address one of the trends in their school district.
