Lucy Gray is the co-founder of Actionable Innovations Global (formerly known as the Global Education Conference Network), a 28,000-member community of practice focused on connecting educators and organizations worldwide. She has worked in public and independent schools for over 20 years, serving as a classroom teacher, computer science teacher, technology coach, and director of educational technology. Lucy is also currently an educational innovation consultant working with schools, organizations, and corporations She is the proud recipient of ISTE’s Making It Happen award and the Apple Distinguished Educator and Google Certified Innovator distinctions.

Session description

In this interactive session, participants will learn how to leverage the latest and most effective artificial intelligence tools and prompts in order to create engaging global projects for their students.

Purpose & objective

Participants will develop a deeper understanding of concepts related to the fostering of global competence and project-based learning. Participants will also be able to develop effective prompts that will help them develop project-based learning experiences for their students. The tools learned in this session will save teachers time and will help them create deeper learning experiences.

III. Showcase of effective projects
IV. Modeling of using ChatGPT and prompts to design authentic project-based learning experiences.
