Opportunities

Join a Volunteer Team

Whether you’re attending ISTELive in person or virtually, we have a volunteer team for you! Just choose the time commitment and activities that interest you. Remember, you don’t need to be a seasoned volunteer to get involved. We’re seeking volunteers who are reliable and have a positive, helpful, and friendly disposition.

Express interest in volunteering during the registration process or log in to your ISTELive 25 account to sign up to join a volunteer team. Volunteer shifts will open spring 2025.

Champion Volunteers

Apply to be a Champion Volunteer and you’ll get a refund of your registration fee upon completion of eight hours of volunteering. Volunteer activities include assisting attendees with navigating the conference venue, app and program; assisting press representatives and presenters; supporting the AI/AR/VR experience; and moderating hybrid sessions. Available to on-site attendees only.

Contributor Volunteers

Being a Contributor Volunteer is perfect if you only have a couple of hours to offer. On-site volunteer activities include assisting in the conference store and bookstore, and supporting sessions, the poster gallery, and playground experiences. Virtual volunteer activities include moderating virtual sessions.
