Dr. Lindsay Prendergast has served in education across the globe for nearly two decades as a leadership coach, consultant, principal, and teacher. She currently serves as the Assistant Director for The Danielson Group. Lindsay is also an ASCD Emerging Leader and Champion in Education. She frequently presents and publishes on the topics of leadership development, growth-focused supervision, and assessment practices as a thought leader for ASCD, Learning Forward, Edutopia, AAIE, EARCOS, AMLE, Cognia, and others. Lindsay is the co-author of bestselling Habits of Resilient Educators: Strategies for Thriving During Times of Anxiety, Doubt, and Constant Change (Corwin, 2024).
