Dr. Kadoria Burgess is a passionate, bilingual, equity and social justice-focused instructional leader with over 14 years of experience in teaching, instructional coaching, and leading in multiple grade levels and at various Title I campuses throughout Texas. She completed her undergraduate studies in Elementary Education and Spanish at Vanderbilt University, and her master's degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Texas at Arlington. She most recently graduated with her doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and has focused her doctoral work on studying how to change the academic engagement for and disciplinary referral rates of boy learners of color.
