Dr. Elliott has 30 years of experience as a public-school educator. Throughout her time in public education, Bren has served as a high school teacher, middle and high school principal, principal supervisor, and central officer leader. For the last decade, she has served as a central office leader in diverse, urban/suburban, complex districts in Tennessee, North Carolina and in Washington, DC. Dr. Elliott has become highly effective at leading large, innovative district initiatives that have required strategic alignment and collaboration across central office team and with community partners.
