Session description

This presentation will explore the way digital tools can serve as the means to integrate reading and English Language Development into STEAM education. The goal is to utilize instructional technology to enhance STEAM education to facilitate learning for multilingual English learners.

Outline

- The presentation will focus on the importance of digital technology tools that can be used to enhance the learning of multilingual students.
There will be opportunities for the audience to participate through polls, quick discussions, and exploration.
- We will be spending 10-15 minutes per each component.
- We will utilize multiple ways of engaging the audience by having peer-to-peer interactions through quick discussions, utilizing technology interactive polling, and quizzing opportunities.
- Exploration through diving in through their own devices to find information pertinent to their districts or schools' needs.
