2. Overview of AI Tools for Leaders (10 minutes)

- Content: Present a summary of the key ideas from AI for School Leaders: 62 Ways to Lighten Your Workload and Focus on What Matters, highlighting the most impactful AI tools for leadership.

- Engagement: Include a brief audience interaction (e.g., asking participants to share their current experience with AI or tools they use).
