Session description

Discover effective strategies for attracting and retaining the next generation of teachers. This interactive panel will focus on innovative recruitment practices, mentorship programs, and supportive environments that foster teacher growth. Join us to hear insights on how to build a sustainable future for education by empowering the educators of tomorrow.

Outline

Panelists will open with and introduction and each speak to what they feel is the biggest challenge facing teacher recruitment and retention. The panel will answer a few pre-determined questions but largely have an open dialogue with the audience about issues they are also facing and help problem-solve in an interactive manner to foster conversation in the room among attendees. Time will be left at the end for specific Q&A (15 mins.) for any of the specific panelists based on examples shared and recommendations made.
