Content that will be presented:

1.Case study insights from Warren County’s improvements in state writing assessments.

1a. Insights from Warren County’s increase in writing proficiency from 22% to 60% to 71% proficiency in state writing assessments. (2024 data still embargoed) and the positive impact on teacher workloads.

1b. Audience engagement: Peer-to-peer discussion on current writing instruction challenges and how AI could address them in their schools.

2. Strategies for using AI tools to reduce teacher workloads and improve grading consistency.

3.Interactive examples of how AI tools help novice teachers become effective writing instructors.

3a. Discussion on how AI helped standardize feedback and grading, improving student outcomes across all grade levels.
