I. (8 minutes) Introductions
Ia. Icebreaker activity: Participants add themselves to a map and share a photo or video on the phone that brings them joy.
Ib. Presenters introduce themselves and define what it means to be a Rock Star. They share how to access the Padlet and use the placemat.
Ic. Rock Star Playlist: Everyone adds music to the Rock Star setlist to play in the background during session.
II. (8 minutes) Visualize their dreams.
II1a. Face their fears and move beyond their comfort zone.
IIb. Use "ikigai," to write what they love and what they are good at.
IIc. Word Cloud: Share adjectives on who they are TO BE.
III. (18 minutes) Experience mindfulness strategies
IIIa. Research: Overview of techniques for managing anxiety and building confidence
IIIb. Mindfulness Activity: Use chair yoga to overcome any anxiety and for overall health.
IIIc. Fleetwood Hacks: Participants learn hacks that support their well-being.
IV. (12 minutes) Design their future Rock Star self
IVa. Creativity Activity: Use AI and Canva to create a brand representing that dream.
IVb. Add to their “backstage pass” to Google Slides.
V. (8 minutes) Cultivate a supportive community
Va. Table Activity: Brainstorm using AI on what goes in the “all-access” pass to their journey toward success, unlocking new paths and resources to achieve their Rockstar vision.
Vb. Share Activity: Add results to the “all-access” pass on Padlet.
VI. (6 minutes) Review and celebrate the experience.
VIa. Overview Activity: Showcase the RockStar Setlist and share the brands while playing music.
V1b. Fill out the evaluation and connect with others.
VIc. Celebrate: Dance, and laugh your way to the next session.
