Session description

This highly interactive session will provide leaders with a rich conceptual background to contextualize three frameworks to support leaders as they operationalize Project Based Learning (PBL) in their schools. Our Strategic Leadership Framework will offer school leaders a schema that illustrates how to reimagine their leadership using backward design.

-Welcome & Introductions (3 minutes)
-Mindfulness Moment (2 minutes)
-Block Party (8 minutes): Participants mix and mingle answering relevant, meaningful, and engaging questions about their leadership and leadership for deeper learning
-Strategic Leadership Framework: Facilitators present the Strategic Leadership Framework (7 minutes)
-Think-Pair-Share: Participants (1) capture what they are learning in the KDR Framework what they are learning (Know) and their current leadership (Do), and share with a partner (8 minutes)
-Equity Levers Framework: Facilitators present the

-Think-Pair-Share: Participants (1) capture what they are learning in the KDR Framework what they are learning (Know) and their current leadership (Do), and share with a partner (8 minutes)
-Know-Do-Reflect (KDR) Framework; Participants engage in written reflection about how they might lead differently based on what they learned (3 minutes)
-Exit Ticket: Participants access a mentimeter or padlet using a QR code and post 1 takeaway from the presentation (5 minutes)
-Closing: Presenters summarize reflections on mentimeter or padlet and thank participants (2 minutes)
