3. Introduction to CoSN’s AI Maturity Tool (15 minutes)
Overview of the tool’s purpose and structure
Walkthrough of the tool’s domains (Leadership, Infrastructure, Teaching & Learning, etc.)

4. Group or Partner Activity: Self-Assessment (15 minutes)
Participants use a condensed version of the AI Maturity Tool
Share findings in pairs or small groups
Reflective prompt: “Where are we strong? Where do we need to grow?”
5. From Assessment to Action (15 minutes)
Identifying key leadership moves
Discuss frameworks for implementation (vision, PD, governance, etc.)
Sample AI action plans from real districts (if available)
6. Planning & Takeaways (10 minutes)
Participants sketch a basic “AI Readiness Roadmap” for their context
Share strategies or commitments
