Dr. Doeschner has been a school leader for eleven years. After working at Sunset Park High School, as one of the founding teachers, and ultimately an Assistant Principal, she transitioned to Glen Cove as an Assistant Principal at the HS, became the District Coordinator of Science, and served as an elementary principal. Before working in public schools, she was a teaching associate at her alma mater, Columbia University. Education, research and curricula are vital parts of her life experience--receiving two masters degrees, from Pace University and from Teachers College. Recently she received her EdD from Southern New Hampshire University.
