Participants will learn to build relationships and classroom culture where students feel safe to learn, practical ways to affirm students in hallways, at recess, in clubs, in extracurriculars, or anywhere adults interact with students.

Through real-life scenarios and reflection, you’ll learn practical language shifts to de-escalate tension and build trust. You’ll leave with strategies you can use immediately.
