Jessica Holloway is an instructional coach in Hamilton County Schools. She is a 2019 ASCD Emerging Leader and a 2024 Google for Education Certified Innovator. Before her current role, she was a district innovation coach, taught middle school language arts, and was a school-based instructional coach. Jessica supports STEM, computer science, and project-based learning in addition to coaching school leaders and teachers in implementing innovative practices. She is the co-author of Make Your School Irresistible: The Secret to Attracting and Retaining Great Teachers (ASCD, 2025).
