Session description

Apple makes great hardware tools for both teaching and learning! This poster session will discuss tools and methods that enable teachers to reach all learners, taking into account principles of UDL: Engagement, Representation, and Expression. We will focus on various apps that the teacher & students can use on their iPads

Outline

Content: There will be a combination of slide shows as well as live environments where participants can see what teachers and students did on the platforms.

Time: I expect 5-7 minutes per component, so 15-20 minutes total per round/session.

Process: My focus will be on peer-to-peer interaction. There will be some frontal introduction/explanation but the focus will be on q&a, so that I can show the participants how the apps can and will work in their environment.
