Grounded in research and practical application, this interactive session models high-impact strategies, shares cross-disciplinary “look fors,” and equips participants with tools to replicate powerful classroom practices.

-Introduction & Purpose (5 min): Why high-impact instruction matters now.

-Illuminate & Monitor (10 min): Using clarity, evidence, and data to drive learning.

-Provide Feedback & Adjust (10 min): Feedback loops and responsive teaching.

-Cultivate & Transform (15 min): Collaborative culture and redesigning learning environments.

-Interactive Activity (15 min): Participants analyze classroom scenarios using IMPACT look-fors across ELA, Math, Science, World Language, CTE/VPA, and PE.

-Action Planning & Reflection (5 min): Attendees draft next steps for implementation.
