Event Information
I. Content-The Poster will contain pictures of our actual Makerspace transformation. Attendees will be able to take as much time as they need to explore and ask specific questions. I will also show a video with students using the Makerspace and the activities they have selected. Short interviews with the students will also include why they choose their activity and what they have learned.
II. Engagement-Attendees will have the opportunity to aske questions. They will also be able to observe example of items we use in our Makerspace. Student interviews will demonstrate the relevance of our Makerspace.
Attendees will have alternative ideas to facilitate a Makerspace. Attendees will be able to observe our budget friendly tables, storage, materials, and devices. Attendees will be able to observe creative solutions to expensive big ticket items. Attendees will be able to observe students in action in our Makerspace.
