Discover more than a dozen ready-to-use project ideas that inspire creativity and critical thinking in any K–12 classroom. Explore options that work with or without AI tools, helping students design, create, and collaborate using flexible, tech-friendly strategies that adapt to your goals and available resources.

Outline

5 minutes – Welcome and set the stage with an overview of creativity and the ISTE Standards connection
5 minutes – Interactive brainstorming activity (participants list creative projects they’ve already tried or want to try)
15 minutes – First 4 project ideas with examples of classroom implementation
5 minutes – Peer to peer discussion (share how these ideas could fit their grade level or subject)
10 minutes – Next 4 project ideas with connections to digital and AI tools
5 minutes – Interactive device based activity (explore or test one featured tool)
10 minutes – Final project ideas focused on student choice and authentic learning
5 minutes – Goal setting and wrap up (participants identify one project idea to try this semester)

Outcomes

After this session, participants will be able to design and adapt creative classroom projects that align with their learning goals and they can complete with or without AI tools. They will be able to identify opportunities to integrate digital resources that enhance student engagement, creativity, and authentic learning outcomes across subject areas.
