Event Information
0–10 min | The Coaching Challenge & Tool Exploration: We'll frame the problem of finite coaching time. Then, we'll model one workflow and introduce a small suite of free, accessible AI tools for content generation and modification.
10–35 min | The Build Sprint (Core Activity):
Participants choose a "Coaching Workflow Station" (Planning, Differentiation, or Feedback) led by one of the presenters.
Using provided prompt scaffolds and their own curriculum topic, attendees work with colleagues to generate and refine a practical artifact for their own classroom or school. The presenters will facilitate and support.
35–45 min | The Quality Control Check:
Using our "5-Point Guardrail Checklist," groups review and revise their artifacts for bias, accessibility, and instructional integrity.
45–55 min | Pilot Plan Creation:
Attendees use a template to outline a two-week action plan: how they'll introduce their artifact to a teacher, what student outcomes they'll look for, and how they'll measure time saved.
55–60 min | Gallery Walk & Share-Out: Participants do a quick share of their created artifacts and action plans.
Attendees will create one ready-to-use, AI-generated artifact (e.g., a tiered problem set, a set of conferring questions aligned to a text, or an accessible mini-lesson plan).
Attendees will develop a two-week pilot action plan for implementing their new AI-enhanced workflow with a teacher or team.
