She has held roles from classroom teacher to leadership positions in private and state schools worldwide. Passionate about the impact of technology on teaching and learning, Gemma focuses on reducing teacher workload and preparing students with essential 21st-century skills. As the Strategic Lead for Digital in Portsmouth, she drives city-wide digital strategies, supports schools through national programs, and works to make Portsmouth a recognized "digital city." Despite challenges with Dyslexia and ADHD, Gemma champions inclusive technology access for everyone.
