Doug “Dr. Luff” Luffborough, III, is an overcomer! As the son of a single-parent housekeeper, he is a first-generation college graduate. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University, a master’s degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of San Diego. Dr. Luff is a professional speaker, leadership consultant, life coach, and the author of Watch Me Rise: From Streets of Despair to the Halls of the Ivy League. He resides in Chula Vista, CA with his wife and their four children.
