This session explores Sheridan Prep's journey from a failing school to achieving good standing in NYS. Through a commitment to collegiality, heightened academic rigor, and confronting implicit biases, Sheridan Prep transformed its culture and practices. Learn how these strategies fostered equity, improved student outcomes, and built a thriving school community.
