Session description

In this session, led by an award-winning principal and 2011 ASCD OYEA honoree, participants will see how restructuring the time allocated for eating can be transformed into students having a choice about clubs, intervention, and intramurals while still eating and providing a 30-minute duty-free lunch for faculty.

Outline

We will break up our time into sections where there is whole group instruction (20 min), opportunities for individual reflection and sharing between partners and table groups (10) so that participants walk away with a variety of innovative examples of ways to restructure lunch.
