Session description

This presentation will empower educators worldwide with practical ways to encourage youth through instructional coaching, and student engagement. The audience will discover dynamic teaching techniques that boost leadership capacities, resilience, collaboration and communication.

Outline

In this 60-minute session, we will explore the challenges learners tend to struggle in education and discover overall growth strategies through student collaboration with engagement and communication. Participants will engage in discussions and activities that highlight different points of view, encourage active participation, and incorporate multicultural practices. Our goal is to strengthen student engagement, analytical thinking, and real-world capacity for solving problems.
The key takeaways include enhancing self-awareness to increase understanding when it comes to diverse cultures, experiences, and viewpoints. We will ensure all students have equal access to resources, opportunities, and support. And to provide qualification in promoting students through instructional leadership and creating safe space for learning.
We will highlight the important role of educators and community leaders in promoting inclusive learning environments that nurture professional development. This session aligns with the conference theme by not only addressing current educational challenges but also serves as a starting point for a solid foundation for a meaningful approach that focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion in education and in the global community. By inspiring the next generation, it can lead to an inclusive and better future.
