Session description

Attendees will use virtual reality headsets and tablets to explore VR solutions for the classroom. Learn about YouTube 360 for immersion experiences in medicine, psychology, art, history, and many other disciplines; ImmerseMe virtual reality language software; Nature Treks meditation; and even Beat Saber and Bait for exercise and relaxation.

Outline

Each participant will have a highly personalized experience based on what they teach or what they are interested in viewing. They will use either an Oculus Quest headset or a tablet to engage in immersive educational experiences ranging from 3-20 minutes long. We can accommodate up to 10 people at once, but onlookers can also engage in activities on their phones if desired.
