Session description

The session details the year-long professional learning model facilitated by ASCD and an urban district. The participants will be able to identify the components of a district-wide collaborative model between an urban district and ASCD and determine the implications of such a model and collaboration for their district.

3. Year Long Professional Learning Model facilitated by ASCD
• The Model
• District-Wide Professional Learning for teachers and coaches (face-to-face)
• Monthly virtual training for Instructional Coaches, Master Teacher Leaders, and Department Chairs.

4. Outcomes, Impact, and Implications – Quarterly Reports
• SWOT Plan
• Local School Action Plan to address progress monitoring in collaboration with school leadership and teachers.
• Evaluation of Professional Learning Plan
