Purpose: The purpose of this session is to take the stigma away from using spreadsheets of raw data by showing educators quick, practical ways to organize and evaluate data and how that can led to student-centered decision making.
Objectives:
1. Participants will evaluate how to use, organize and evaluate data on Google Sheets and how these skills can help them make decisions that are student-centered.
2. Participants will be able to redeliver this content to other teachers and students to help them be more productive with spreadsheets of data.

Content and activities:
-Audience will work along with the presenter...presenter will give them the same sheet of data that she is using so educators can practice the skills in real time and ask questions in real time
-Audience is encouraged to ask questions
-Audience will participate in a deep dive connecting how these skills can be used in decision making so they not only know the skills but know how and why they will use them
Outline:
Time: 60 minute session
5 minutes: Introduction
50 minutes: Interactive teaching of skills, participants ask questions
5 minutes: Closing and evaluation
Process:
-Throughout the session, the audience will be participating using the same spreadsheet of data the presenter has and will be encouraged to ask and answer questions as well as giving their own tips as well.
-A Padlet will be used as a backchannel
