The purpose of this session is to engage attendees in increasing their use of an evidence based practice, the Ladder of Feedback - comparing the data graphs of more than one trial. In addition, we will invite attendees to define equitable feedback and try to achieve equity through practicing with Teaching with Grace. Attendees will debrief there experience and consider the use of AI powered consequence-free practice spaces and issues of diversity with AI technology.
1. Introduction to presenters, attendee colleagues, and affirmations (5 min)
2. Orientation to Teaching with Grace and the Ladder of Feedback (5 min)
3. Participants engage in Teaching with Grace (10 min)
4. Participants analyze their data from Trial 1 - and discuss with colleagues ways to increase the equity in feedback provided to avatar students. (10 min)
5. Participants engage in Trial 2. (10 min)
6. Quick comparison of experiences from Trial 1 and 2 (10 min)
7. Debrief and next steps ( 10 min)
