Purpose & objective

This presentation will be an interactive tour of historical Philadelphia, of less known sites. Participants will use their Smartphones and an interactive map of the area and will visit sites by walking or driving their car. There are no barriers to someone being able to use this tool- a Smartphone is required, but no additional app or expensive add-on. If an attendee has a physical disability, they may also participate in a car or wheelchair, if applicable.
The model utilized is hands-on/experiential learning. Lesson plans will be provided with information about how to utilize this tool and how to customize this activity an individual's state or city.
