Rebecca Gibboney is a member of PAECT and a published author. She has served as a lead learner at KTI for multiple years and is the Director of Educational Planning at BLAST IU 17. She has organized numerous events and trainings and has presented at a variety of conferences on numerous topics.
Kerin Steigerwalt is a 7th grade ELA teacher with over 20 years of classroom experience in elementary and middle school teaching and board member for PAECT, the Pennsylvania ISTE affiliate. She has presented on numerous topics dedicated to using technology to help students find their confident voice when it comes to reading and writing.
Session description
Join PAECT as we gather prior to the conference to solve the "Mystery of the Missing Innovator." As you experience whole group and breakout sessions full of innovative best practices for high- and low-tech situations, you'll be immersed in a mystery Philadelphia has been trying to solve for years.

Purpose & objective
The purpose of the event will be to bring together educators, coaches, and others in order to share best practices while developing a professional network to encourage continued growth well beyond the conference.
The event will include a keynote, several concurrent breakout sessions, group collaboration time, and an overarching mystery game to tie everything together.
