She earned a Bachelor's of Science in Education from College of Charleston, a Master's Degree in Reading Intervention from Concordia University Portland, and certifications in Education Technology and STEM from University of California San Diego. In 2019, she represented Knightsville Elementary School as Teacher of the Year and Dorchester School District 2 as Honor Teacher of the Year.

Alicia Discepola Mackall has been a proud New Jersey (USA) public school educator since 2010 and currently serves as the K-12 Supervisor of Instructional Technology for Ewing Public Schools. She has a master’s degree in Education Leadership, Management, and Policy from Seton Hall University and is entering her third year of Wilmington University’s EdD in Organizational Leadership, Learning, and Innovation program. Alicia last spoke at ISTE in 2019 (Leverage Ed. Tech. to Create Culturally Responsive Learning Environments).

Melinda is the Editor of Creative Educator magazine and the Deputy Director of the Constructivist Consortium. Melinda is also one of the founders of Tech4Learning. For the past 20 years, Melinda has led workshops at schools around the world and made hundreds of presentations at education conferences, such as ASCD and ISTE, on the topics of creativity, project-based learning, and open-ended technologies. She has been a featured speaker or keynote at MACUL, VSTE, MICCA, and ISTE.

Dr. Katie Nieves Licwinko serves as a Teacher/Coordinator of Educational Technology Integration in New Jersey. She is a former middle school special education teacher. She has a doctorate in Educational Technology Leadership and is a Google Certified Innovator and Trainer. Katie has presented at national conferences, including ISTE, AMLE, CEC, and ITC, and has had her work published in journals, textbooks, and educational platforms. She is the founder of Assembling Inclusion, a podcast and professional learning platform centered on disability inclusion. She is passionate about using technology to support the needs and interests of all learners.

Arjun Ray is a high-school junior attending the Groton School and is originally from Newtown, Pennsylvania. Outside of the classroom, he is a passionate advocate for educational equity. In 2021, he founded The Rejuvenate Project, a Pennsylvania-based non-profit organization that seeks to increase youth digital literacy awareness and mitigate technological access disparities across the Delaware Valley. Arjun has also been involved in extensive research to determine how pedagogical practices can be adjusted to effectively incorporate digital learning. He is also interested in public policy and regularly meets with legislators to discuss pragmatic solutions to various educational issues.

Neisha is an immigrant citizen, having grown up in Jamaica. Her background is reflected in her research focus, which centers around exploring the intersectional identities of immigrant students, and exploring ways in which immigrant youth can be empowered to navigate and respond to dominant deficit discourses about their identities through digital literacies. Her goal is to identify ways to influence policy and pedagogy to improve the educational experiences and outcomes of immigrant students.
