The purpose of the study is to explores the extent to the usage of WhatsApp by students as learning tool during the pandemic. It also investigates the role of WhatsApp during COVID-19 pandemic to support learning. Aadditionly, it explores disadvantages of using WhatsApp during the pandemic to support learning

Purpose & objective

The purpose of the current study is to explores the extent to the usage of WhatsApp by students as learning tool during the pandemic. It also investigates the role of WhatsApp during COVID-19 pandemic to support students’ learning from students’ perspectives. In addition, it explores the disadvantages of using WhatsApp by students during the pandemic times to support their learning from students’ perspectives.
