He has led change in teaching and learning through the catalyst of technology in rural, suburban and urban districts. At Dell Technologies, he is a Senior Education Strategist that works with other leaders, districts and organizations to embed and research learning initiatives regarding learning spaces, emerging technologies such as VR and AR, online and blended learning, and increasing equitable access for students.

Samantha Sissell serves as the Virtual Learning Specialist for Newport News Public Schools in Newport News, VA. Samantha is an ISTE Certified Educator who is passionate about purposeful integration of technology, student engagement, professional development, and school culture and climate. Samantha uses her previous experiences as an Instructional Technology Coach and elementary educator to build the capacity of other educators as they leverage digital resources to create dynamic and interactive learning environments that foster active participation and meaningful learning experiences.

Mike Sylofski is a Deputy Director at the Northeastern Regional Information Center (NERIC) at Capital Region BOCES in Albany, New York. He has spent nearly 30 years supporting instructional technology initiatives, with a particular focus on helping schools develop, implement, and deliver distance, blended, and online learning programs. Mike helps manage a leading regional Distance Learning program connecting over 65 school districts in New York State. Mike is currently Chair of the NYS Education Department's Digital Learning Advisory Council, a CoSN Certified Education Technology Leader, and a recipient of ISTE's Making IT Happen award.
