Amy Johns is the Director of Instructional Technology for Fayette County Public Schools in Lexington, KY. She was the 2021 recipient of the KySTE Making IT Happen award for her work in supporting technology professional learning and innovation across the state. She spearheaded Fayette County’s first STEM Bus program in 2018, which was recognized with a STEM Excellence Award in 2020 for its focus on providing access to STEM opportunities to students across the district.
