Dayna co-founded Project ARC, where she works with districts, technology companies, and large corporations to transform classrooms into authentic, relevant, and community-connected ecosystems. Through this work, stateside and internationally, Dayna empowers educators and learners by implementing authentic project-learning experiences (APLEs), a topic she pioneered in 2013, level jumping standard-PBL opportunities. She has since penned four additional books on APLEs, with a new release due in mid-2023. Her doctorate in Instructional Systems Design and Technology has poised her to lead the development of ORCHAReD, a networked ecosystem of just-in-time coaches for APLEs.
