After 20+ years working on the product development side of educational textbook publishing, in 2009, Nikki founded Zulama, a company that brought computer science education to teenagers through video game design. After a successful exit selling that company to Carnegie Learning, Nikki developed and scaled the sales strategy at Cognitive ToyBox, a game-based early childhood assessment solution. She is currently the K-12 Adoption Lead at Code.org, an education innovation nonprofit dedicated to the vision that every student in every school has the opportunity to learn computer science as part of their core K-12 education.
