Ann has served educators for over 40 years. She is the former ASCD Director of Professional Learning. She has been an administrator, teacher leader and classroom teacher. Ann is an ASCD Faculty member and independent consultant, serving throughout the world. She has written articles, blogs, and provided interviews in her areas of expertise. Ann co-authored The Principal Influence: A Framework for Developing Leadership Capacity in Principals (ASCD). She earned a BS.Ed & M.Ed from University of Georgia and completed post-graduate programs in leadership at Illinois State University and Georgetown University.
