Mr. Billy is an educator with over 20 years of experience dedicated to student success. As the Student Success Coordinator at Colgan High School, he supports the graduation of more than 2,900 students. His background includes nine years as a middle school special education teacher and nine years as an instructional technology coach. A Design Thinking Fellow and Social and Emotional Learning Coach, Billy shares his expertise at conferences like VSCA, FETC, and ISTE, focusing on digital citizenship, social and emotional learning, and project-based learning.
