Session description

You don't have to be a technology pro to integrate TinkerCAD into your classroom. In this session, you will get inspired about the different ways that you could bring TinkerCAD into your classroom, regardless of the subject area you teach.

Outline

Start by surveying the audience to see what prior experience they have, what their ideas about 3D modeling are, etc. : 5-10 minutes

I will then share examples of projects that I have completed for grades 3-5. : 15-20 minutes

After sharing example work and projects we will start designing in TinkerCAD
- learn how to set up accounts
- learn basics of using TinkerCAD
-complete one of the projects that I do with students: 30-40 minutes

As we near the end of the session, I will open up the floor to questions
