Session description

Show equations unit development in 8th, where we used criptology to understand equations and linear relationships with a real designed cipher. Propose different topics and activities to apply math in real situations. With the attendance of teachers and math coordinators, learn how to design units where the skills developed are more relevant.

Outline

A presentation with the materials, photos and videos about activity. They will use their cellphones to connect, using a digital cipher an using an app to interact with presentators.
The unit design: 5 minutes
The experience: 15 minutes
Assessment activities: 15 minutes
Themes about math should be using as a content to learn skills: 10 minutes
