Transform your educational space into a more inclusive learning environment with AI-powered Google tools. Discover practical strategies to support diverse learners with tools like MusicFX, Say What You See, QuickDraw, and NotebookLM. Leave with actionable tips and a resource toolkit to make learning accessible and empowering for every student!

Outline

1. Introduction (5 minutes)
Brief overview of the session objectives and agenda (slides)
AI Icebreaker game to gauge participants' familiarity with AI

2. Explore the Basics of AI (5 minutes)
Provide definition of AI
Give modeled examples of how AI within Google Tools
Engage in partner discussion of how AI works within Google Tools

3. Tools Overview (10 minutes)
Presenters will provide a tools overview with specific accessibility examples

4. Exploration (30 minutes)
Participants will be provided scaffolded time to explore the Google AI Tools
Presenters will give examples of accessibility tools, allow participants to have choice in interaction, and provide strategic pause points during this time with reflection questions for participants to interact, share, and process the information they are learning about.

5. Plan for Integration (5 minutes)
Learners will engage with an interactive digital space (shared Google slide) to plan for how they can integrate an AI Google Tool into their educational space.

6. Wrap-Up & Questions (5 minutes)
Review key objectives and learning goals
Provide feedback form
Answer lingering questions
Provide digital resources and links for further exploration
