Event Information
Content, Activities & Process:
-Students will compare and contrast objects found in the Object Viewer app, based on a topic they are currently studying or exploring.
-For this activity, we will be comparing and contrasting animal skulls using hands-on augmented reality activities and a Merge Cube
-Students will hold and inspect 2 animal skulls in the palm of their hand, as if it was a real physical animal skull to determine:
-If the animal is predator, prey, or both
-If the animal is omnivore, carnivore, or herbivore
-How the animal may interact with other animals or its
-environment based on other clues in the skull
-Students will take notes on their animal skulls using the chart provided, and complete one of the assessment options on the activity plan.
