Event Information
Content and engagement: Agile methodology will be presented, including two styles, the 4 values, and the 12 pillars. The values and principles will be explained in their application to the field of education. Multiple opportunities to reflect and discuss will be provided while presenting the 12 pillars. An example of solving a complex problem using agile methodology will be provided. Then the audience will form small groups and participate in identifying a common challenge, work together to determine what the "Minimal viable product" is and brainstorm how this would be implemented.
Time: The estimated time spent on presenting agile methodology will be about 20-25 minutes, while collaboration will be about 40-45 minutes.
