This interactive session empowers school leaders to leverage AI as a "Critical Friend" to optimize leadership. Using AI to streamline schedules, analyze data, and foster team morale, participants will learn to create inclusive, equitable environments rooted in belonging through the Heartwork Framework and positive psychology principles.

90-Minute Interactive Workshop Outline:
Introduction & Objectives (10 minutes)

Overview of session goals: Transforming leadership with AI and fostering belonging through the Heartwork Framework.
Brief introduction to AI's role as a Critical Friend in leadership and the framework's emphasis on inclusion.
Participant introductions and sharing leadership challenges related to belonging.
Engagement: Icebreaker – participants share one way they aim to build belonging in their schools using AI.
The Role of AI in Transformational Leadership (15 minutes)

Presentation on how AI tools can act as an Executive Assistant: managing schedules, analyzing team feedback, and addressing workplace culture issues.
Introduction to the Heartwork Framework by CCM Education Group, with a focus on belonging in schools. Engagement: Q&A on integrating AI and the Heartwork Framework for equitable leadership.
Collaborative Problem-Solving with AI (25 minutes)

Participants break into small groups (rounds) and work on case studies using AI to address common leadership challenges (e.g., optimizing schedules, improving staff morale, or managing academic and mental health data).
Groups rotate to provide feedback and build solutions collaboratively, guided by the principles of the Heartwork Framework.
