Banners must follow the specifications below.
Single-sided: 6' x 12' vertical
All banners must have 4.5" top and bottom margins to allow space for the banner pole seams. Color can bleed but avoid copy and images that could get trimmed away in production.

Free-standing signs must follow the specifications below. All signs will be placed within the template (provided below) that includes a unifying ISTELive 23 header. Please download this template for reference as you create graphic materials.

If you ordered a floor cling bundle, you will submit five separate files.

Escalator runner clings must be submitted in panel segments. There are raised circular knobs with an approximately 2.5” diameter, intermittently placed along the escalator runners. This means there will be a 2.5” gap between each runner panel. Please design your runners with this in mind.
Escalator runner dimensions vary by escalator location. If you purchase an option that includes an escalator runner cling, Exhibit Management will reach out with specific dimensions for your chosen option.

Host a high-traffic interactive activity in a public activation space within a roughly 10' x 20' footprint, immediately outside the Expo Hall, co-located with Association and other public space activations. Help your brand stand out with this unique opportunity to connect and share joy with attendees, while also offering a social media moment.
* An interactive activity in a public activation space is different from a booth activity and sponsor conference room programming. Interactive activity must be mutually agreed upon.
Submit a written proposal of your Public Space Activation plans along with an initial footprint to for review by ISTE. Once plans are agreed upon, final floor plans must be supplied to Exhibit Management for approval.

All conference digital banner ads (both premium and standard positions) must follow the specifications below. Banner ads will require the submission of two sizes to accommodate device sizes.
Image size for portrait-oriented devices:
1242 pixels wide x 213 pixels high (safe area 1072 pixels wide) @ 72 dpi
Image size for landscape-oriented devices:
1920 pixels wide x 141 pixels high (safe area 1920 pixels wide) @ 72 dpi
Due to various smartphone screen sizes, the ad may be automatically cropped on some devices. Avoid placing critical content outside the safe area.
